How To Prep For Your Trial
what you should know before you go
TRIALS: We'd love for you to bring along your inspiration photos on your trial day! If you find yourself falling for elements of various hairstyles or makeup looks, your artist would be thrilled to blend them into your dream look. Feel free to share what you don't fancy as well—after all, one person's "natural eye" might be another's smokey glam. If you've chosen any accessories for your special day, bring them along! This includes hairpieces, veils, extensions, earrings, etc. For hair extensions, we kindly ask for them to be 100% human hair (we reserve the right to decline service otherwise, and a rescheduling fee may apply). If you need to cancel, a 48-hour notice would be much appreciated.
HAIR: We suggest washing your hair the night before and ensuring it's completely dry for your appointment. Should your hair be wet or damp, a $100 blow-dry fee will apply. If you have curly or frizzy hair and you're after a straighter style, a quick run-through with a flat iron, focusing on the roots, can work wonders. If you're embracing your natural texture, please arrive with your hair dry and moisturized. For those prone to oiliness, feel free to wash your hair on the day—just ensure it's dry for your appointment. If you're supplying your own extensions, please check they're clean, functional, and ready to go—imperfect extensions might lead to service cancellations or additional fees.
MAKEUP: Come as you are, with a clean, product-free face. This way, we can create your look from scratch, showing you exactly how you'll shine on your wedding day. We highly recommend using a gentle exfoliator one or two nights before your appointment.

why should i book a trial run?
We want to provide the dream experience, so nailing down the specifics from discussing options and trying various looks are A MUST! Plus, it’ll help you get to know us more and feel more relaxed for your actual special moment.
How far in advance should I book my wedding?
We highly recommend booking at least a year in advance. Your date is not officially booked until we have received a signed contract and retainer. We do require a 50% retainer to secure your date, which will go towards your total balance.
How long does it normally take you for each makeup application?
Bridal makeup: 1.5-2 hours & wedding party makeup: 45-60 minutes. This includes our clean up and sanitation time!
Are lashes included?
Yes, a complimentary pair of lashes are included in every paying adults makeup application.
What makeup products/brands do you use?
Each one of our artist have a variety of products that they love to use in their kits. To name a few: Face Atelier, Danessa Myricks, Dior, Too Faced, Vesca, Stellar, Natasha Denona, Viseart, Charlotte Tilbury, Temptu, Dermablend, etc.
Does hair or makeup go first?
We can do it both ways or at the same time! Either way we can make it work for you.
Can you accommodate larger bridal parties?
Yes we can! Even though we prefer more intimate wedding setting, we can accommodate a wedding party size of up to 20 persons including the bride!
Booking Policies

Booking minimum of $1,000.00+hst, except for the bridal exclusive package with Theresa.
Touchup services and hair extensions can be added at an additional cost.
Once services are confirmed they can not be removed. Additional services can be performed on the day of if time permits.
An early morning start fee may apply based on time permitted per booking.
Travel fees will be applied based on your service location per each artist. Parking fees will also be applied to each artist if required.
E-transfer is currently our only valid form of payment. Taxes are added to all booking totals.
Rates may change at any time without a confirmed booking.
